Tracy Gannaway founded En-Core Fitness in 2007 to combat the obesity epidemic that has plagued her community and our nation. Tracy started her fitness career back in the early 1990s as an aerobic instructor. Also as a Medical Assistant and Nursing student, she realized she needed to be involved in changing lives before they reached the conditions she was seeing in the health forum. With the concern about the growing statistics of diabetes and obesity, she decided to take her education in both fitness and health care and put it to use as a Certified Personal Trainer. As a Certified Trainer in a safe environment with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, Tracy helps clients one-on-one to obtain their desired health goals.
Tracy continued to add to her expertise as a personal trainer. Through the years she witnessed the benefits of multiple modalities to help individuals. So she decided to add a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Health and a BioMechanics Specialist Certification. She realized that it takes a team to help individuals overcome chronic illnesses to obtain optimal health. Collaborating with Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, holistic nutritionists, local Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, and Functional Medicine. Being a gatekeeper for her clients so that they know where to go to achieve wellness became Tracy's focus.
Tracy is also the go-to trainer local Physical Therapists trust. She collaborates with local sports medicine facilities, private and public school sports programs, and club sports programs to help athletes at all levels learn what it takes to stay healthy to play their sport. Tracy also contracts with local corporations to teach Wellness Fairs, teach strength and core classes, and perform ergonomic assessments.

Tracy is also a Fascial Stretch Therapist Level 2. She has seen amazing transformations on her stretch table. Physical Therapists, parents of athletes, Chiropractors, and local physicians are a few professionals who seek out her services.
